Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment & Confirmation

A secure online advance payment confirms your booking. We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, in AED, with no extra processing fee. Your statement will show the charge under "Dhow Cruise Dubai Marina." You'll receive a booking confirmation by email within 48 hours of payment.

What's Not Refundable

• Service charges and taxes are non-refundable in all cases.
• No refund is available once a cruise or service has already started, or for meals, seating or add-ons already used.
• Fixed-date coupon, event or attraction tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only, within a maximum of 30 days from the transaction date.

Cancelling an Individual Booking

Standard bookings carry a 10% cancellation fee. On top of that, how much of your payment you get back depends on how far ahead of your cruise you cancel:

• 96 hours or more before departure: no cancellation fee beyond the standard 10%.
• Between 24 and 96 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable).

Cancelling a Group Booking (4+ Guests on One Booking)

• 7 days or more before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• 5 days or fewer before departure: 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable).

Group refunds, like individual ones, are completed within a maximum of 30 days.

Email [email protected] with your booking reference, or message us on WhatsApp. We'll confirm your cancellation fee in writing before processing any refund.
